These terms apply to services provided by Ztream AI Automation, a trading name of The Web Design Co.. They set out the basis on which we work together. A specific scope of work and quote will form part of any engagement.

Our services

We provide AI automation, integration and consultancy services. The exact deliverables, timescales and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are guides. A firm price is provided in your proposal and depends on the tools used, workflow complexity and the level of support required. Software subscriptions are usually billed by the relevant provider, not by us.

Your responsibilities

To deliver well, we need timely access to the accounts and information involved, and a named contact who can make decisions. You remain responsible for the lawful use of any systems we help configure.

Ownership and access

Automations are built inside your own accounts wherever possible, and you retain ownership of them. We document our work so you are not dependent on us.

Liability

We take reasonable care in our work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
